I am so pleased that you will be coming into the studio to collaborate with Horizon Photography, as I am eager to show the world your exceptional strength and elegance as your anchor your family, and nurture your growing children.
Terms + Conditions
Details of your Motherhood Portrait Experience and participation:

2 - 3 hour completely guided photography session with various creative looks

Willingness to be photographed by Jennifer Schuman and the Assistant on the Horizon Photography team

Studio Wardrobe provided

Photography and video
The session fee is complimentary, and for your time you will receive five (5) final edited digital images. Should you wish to have Heirloom Matted prints created from your photo session, these will be available for purchase at $100 per Portrait image.
I hereby grant Horizon Photography, and their legal representatives, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of me and my family members, or photographs in which I have been included. These may be used for editorial print, advertising, blog posting, etc., and any other purpose and in any manner and medium. I hereby release the photographer, Horizon Photography, and their legal representatives, and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.
