Terms + Conditions
Details of your Motherhood Portrait Experience and Participation:

2 - 3 hour completely guided Portrait session with various creative looks

Willingness to be photographed by Jennifer Schuman and the Assistant on the Horizon Photography team

Studio Wardrobe items of your choice provided

Professional Hair and Makeup styling, if relevant

Photography and video
Should you wish to have Fine Art Portrait Prints created from your Portrait session, these will be available for purchase.

I hereby grant Horizon Photography, and their legal representatives, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of me and my family members, or photographs in which I have been included. These may be used for editorial print, advertising, blog posting, etc., and any other purpose and in any manner and medium. I hereby release the photographer, Horizon Photography, and their legal representatives, and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.
I have read and understand the above and agree upon the terms stated without exception on behalf of myself, my children, and any other parties in the photographs.
