Details of your 'Serenity & Sunsets' retreat and participation: 

Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required for your booking to be confirmed.

 

• Balance on or before the due date will hold your space on the retreat / unpaid balance will assume cancellation of your reservation. All retreat prices are quoted and payable in USD. Lisa and Jennifer are not responsible fees charged by credit card/bank for processing.

Passport and Visa

• You must carry a valid passport and have obtained all of the appropriate visas, permits and certificates for the countries in which you will visit during your trip. Your passport must be valid for 6 months beyond the duration of the trip. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of the correct visas, permits and certificates for your trip. Lisa and Jennifer are not responsible if you are refused entry to any country as result of incorrect passport, visa or other travel documentation.

Airfare

• All retreats do not include national or international airfare. We strongly recommend you wait until the trip is confirmed before booking airfare or making any non-refundable travel arrangements.

 

Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is recommended for all travelers, and if purchased, should be taken out at the time of booking. Your travel insurance should provide cover against personal accident, death, medical expenses and emergency repatriation.
